Primarily gravel with mud in places and limited lengths of footpath. Normal road or trail shoes will be ideal.
Each mile point will be marked. In the event of unexpected maintenance or flooding on the route, well-marked short diversions may be introduced.
Runners will need to keep left at all times since the course will be open to the public who retain right of way. For Mile One and at several other points along the course, boathouse users will have priority and runners must give way.
